This low-impact, full-body strength class is designed specifically for adults ages 55+ who want to improve balance, mobility, and overall functional fitness. Using resistance bands and simple bodyweight movements, you’ll build muscle, boost confidence, and move with greater ease in daily life. All levels welcome!
