A class for those looking to get into a gym for the first time or if it has been a while and you need a refresher. This class is designed for beginner to intermediate fitness lovers. This dynamic, high energy full-body strength class designed for adults who want to build muscle, improve mobility, and boost overall performance. Using a mix of weights, resistance bands, and functional movements, this program will provide targeted resistance exercises, proper form coaching, and progressive training techniques in a fun and supportive environment. All fitness levels welcome!
